RESERVATION STATUS / PAYMENT

A. PAYLPAL:

Through paypal account you can validate your purchase clicking paypal button payment option.

B. OFFLINE CREDIT CARD

If you’ve chosen this option, you’ll be required to fill your credit card information and we’ll hold safely as a garante for a cancelation or no-show status. 

On your check out you’ll be able to use the same credit card for the full payment and any extra expense.

C. VAT / TAX

There’s a 19% that must be considered on your checkout proporcional of all expenses consumed during your stay and reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY / LODGE POLICIES

The cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 90% the CABIN rate as cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room more.

Important information :

– Due to the fact that MAPU is surrounded by nature and envirolmental ambient, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings. 
– No parties are allowed at the premises.
– Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at QUINCHO.
– Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
– Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
– Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and it’s free.
