KOWE means "waterhole" in Mapundungun. It's built in a special place on our property, where water simply appeared. Originally a wet area called "humedal", we dug into the earth and our small mirror lake was born. Water is life — and that is why we chose to honor our Quincho with this name. Its triangular shape and the water mirror ceiling bring strength to this building. Symbolically, it represents balance and life. The Quincho is the heart of MAPU LODGE SPA — a gathering place where conscious gastronomy, good music and slow living come together. Whether sharing a meal with fellow guests or simply unwinding on your own, the Quincho sets the tone: unhurried, warm and alive with the flavors of Patagonia, curated by Martín Pescador.
